۱. دستگاه سنگزنی و پرداخت خودکار میتواند به طور کاملاً خودکار عملیات منبتکاری + سنگزنی و پرداخت + تمیزکاری را همزمان انجام دهد و در نیروی انسانی صرفهجویی کند. این دستگاه دارای ۶ ایستگاه نصب است و میتواند تا ۶ نمونه را همزمان انجام دهد.
۲. دستگاه سنگزنی و صیقلکاری خودکار میتواند از واحد منبتکاری یا سنگزنی و صیقلکاری به تنهایی استفاده کند، یا برای تطبیق انعطافپذیر، میتوان از واحد منبتکاری/سنگزنی و صیقلکاری به صورت ترکیبی استفاده کرد.
۳. فشار، دما و زمان منبتکاری دستگاه سنگزنی و پولیش اتوماتیک را میتوان به دلخواه تنظیم کرد و با مواد مختلف تغییر داد.

Through the touch screen operation, all parameters from inlay to grinding, polishing and cleaning can be accurately controlled, and the parameter settings can be archived. The program of automatic metallographic grinding and polishing machine can be started with one button, so as to achieve the consistency of sample automatic operation.
